When we began to plan our move to a new home and leave behind two properties, we had lived in for years, we were led to a company called Savvy Estate Sales, owned by Lynn Shivers located in Cumming, Georgia. Lynn and her partner, Kacey, came to visit our home in Cleveland, Georgia and we immediately found Lynn and Kacey to be friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. After a look around, we signed a contract with Savvy to carry out an estate sale at our home. The terms of the contract were reasonable, so Lynn and Kacey returned to spend many hours pricing and arranging our items that ranged from a John Deere tractor to power tools, garden tools, pool furniture and much more.

Lynn and Kacey carefully inventoried and priced all the items that we decided to put up for sale. They gave us precise instructions about how to prepare for the sale and they advertised the sale in the media and with signs. The sale lasted three days. As requested, we made ourselves scarce and the sale was conducted from Friday through Sunday. We understand that the sale was well attended and most of the items were sold making it much easier for us to move to a new home. We were very pleased with the results and with our share of the proceeds of the sale.
